Phillip Georgiou

Phillip is an excellent and personably real estate agent who went above and beyond to help us with the sale of our house. Phillip was instrumental in helping us get the property ready for sale, and connecting us with trusted trades. He was able to secure us a competitive offer within 3 days of the property being on the market, despite a difficult market. We could not recommend Phillip highly enough.

Phillip was a great help to us in purchasing our first house. Made everything very clear and was very understanding of our interests. Loved his work a lot and am very grateful!

Phil is responsive, friendly and the most transparent real estate agent I've met.

It was a pleasure dealing with Phillip in buying my new home. He was personable, knowledgeable and a fabulous communicator. In my years of buying and selling property I have not had a better real estate experience. I would highly recommend Meridian for their genuine, fresh and caring approach.

From the moment I spoke to Phillip, I knew I was in good hands. Phillip Georgiou from Meridian Real Estate went above and beyond the call of duty to help me as a novice vendor be comfortable in each step in the process of purchasing my forever home. Phillip is so very accommodating and there were no silly questions or unreasonable requests. Highly recommend you contact Phillip from Meridian when you are buying a home. Thank you, Phillip, you have made a potentially stressful situation a pleasant memory.
