Unfortunately Phillip made the experience of selling my home a very difficult experience. He is unprofessional , told untruths to me and the purchasers. Misrepresented me, without my consent or consultation. He constantly lied to myself and the buyers agents and the buyers. Completely untrustworthy, inexperienced, arrogant and unprofessional, also cowardly avoided any accountability.
