Phillip recently sold our house in Elwood. He managed the process with great care and expertise, from strategy through to sale. I found him to be extremely dedicated and trustworthy, and felt very comfortable with him on our campaign. I felt that communication was one of his strengths, he kept us well informed of the ins and outs of what was happening with the property throughout. Phillip gave us good advice on how to prepare the property for sale, and was able to help us with sorting out little things that cropped. Thanks to Phillip taking care of the campaign for us, I was able to feel far less stressed about the sale of the house, and I was able to focus on looking after my family. Particularly as we had a lot on our plate, due to moving house with a newborn! He got us a price and conditions that we were very happy with.
