Phillip is very soft spoken and well mannered, he did not push us or rush us through the sale, he is very skill full and was always ahead in the process, he was sometimes better than my bank in terms of knowledge :-), we had a couple of hiccups, however Phillip with his knowledge and experience turned it around very swiftly, the entire process of sale was very smooth, we mentioned him about a few maintenance requests which he obliged and always got few things done which we did not mention. We were happy with the service and were glad to appoint him as our agent till the tenants vacate.
