Mr Phillip is very professional with reliable sales person when I met him in the first time in locally which can match the client’s criteria to sale the property in today’s market. He is not only can sales in the best price in the market but also used very short period time to sale the property in the CORDV19. For example my old unit with other property in the same building that other agency sales other one for approximately more than half years in before last year which in very lower price. However for him sales my one only in short period time in the good price during the CORDV19. During these sales period time he always discuss the relevant information and Enquiry my criteria with me who is showing his professional and provides extremely exceptional sales experience which can meets in today’s market; not only like that he also working very hard especially in the weekend.
