Phillip's market knowledge is comprehensive. He new what other houses similar in size to ours were selling for in our area. He was able to show us recent sales and could advise us according to his knowledge the price range we could expect to sell for. Phillip communicated with us very well. He kept us informed on how things were proceeding. He would call us at least every 2nd day.
