Phil is a personable guy with an appetite to sell without the bullshit. I attempted to buy three properties in the weeks prior to crossing paths with Phil. Each of the three respective agents responded to my well researched offers with poker-like games. These games diminished my desire to continue negotiations. He promptly, at my request, sent me the contract of sale and arranged for an inspection that same night.
