I interviewed a lot of agents in the area and most came across as very pushy, somewhat arrogant and lacking local market knowledge. They had so many listings that they couldn’t sell, they didn’t care about my house I finally met Phil and to my surprise, he was very approachable, genuine and easy to talk to. Phil gave me the premium marketing package which was worth every cent! The photos and drone photography were fanatastic. In addition to realestate.com and printed brochures etc, Phil pushed the house through his email database and social media and we got thousands of likes on Facebook. As a result, I was getting 10+ groups every open home where other agents were lucky to get 1 or 2. The marketing clearly worked! Phil was very professional throughout the whole process. He was accommodating to my families requests for certain open home time slots. He also went above and beyond and gave us Sunday open home times as well. After every open home he would give us an update on the turn out and potential purchasers. He would follow up certain buyers and call me to give me an update. He would always answer my calls and reply to my text msgs. Phil managed to bring me 2 buyers who were initially interested in other properties. He used them to bid against each other to get me the highest price. In addition to the highest price, he also negotiated a shorter settlement period with a strict 5 day cooling off period. Once the house was under contract, he worked with the buyers broker and conveyancer to quickly organise the bank valuation and building inspections in order to get unconditional loan approval within the 5 day cooling off period. In the end, Phil sold our house above our expectations and in only 3 weeks (compared to neighbouring properties that were taking 4 to 5 months to sell). Phil sales record speaks for itself. If I had gone with any other agent then my home would still be for sale. Phil is a top agent and I would highly recommend him!
