This has been my fifth move since I bought my first home in 1998. I have been avoiding this current move due to bad realestate experiences in the past. Phillip has been a breath of fresh air . He keeps you informed all the way and had made the process seem very simple. He was always polite . Friendly and nothing was an obstacle to him. He is a true professional and I would recommend him and LJ hooker to friends and family. He has restored my faith in realestate agents. They are definitely not all the same.
