Phillip was exceptional and I would highly recommend Phillip to anyone looking at selling their property. He was very professional and kept us in the loop throughout the whole process. Phillip was very thorough in explaining what to expect leading up to the auction date and made us feel very confident. We really appreciate the time Phillip took to touch base with us to update the sale process.

Phillip was great to get along with He answered any questions we had and kept us informed on what was happening throughout the sale process
Phillip and his team did exactly as they said they would. Open and honest communication without trying to sway in any direction. Even though we didn't get a result at auction it didn't stop him from getting the result expected afterwards. Professional throughout. I highly recommend Phillip.
