Phillip made our property sale a very pleasant experience and his market knowledge gave us more confidence and helped us to achieve our goals in a very limited time. Excellent results.

Both Phillip Nhu and Steven Talevski did an amazing job and gave us much confidence in the ability to sell our property. From the very start to Auction day the team at Barry Plant Sunshine did not let us down. Well Done!

Phillip has been responsive and excellent since the first phone call! After a couple of previous attempts to sell our house in the past with another real estate agent, we asked Phillip to help us one final time. After an initial phone call, He quickly set the wheels in motion to ensure we had what we needed to have our house in perfect condition. I couldn't recommend Phillip enough, and I will always refer friends and family his way.

Phillip kept us to to date during the highs and lows of selling our property when things looked down he continued to bring in clients looking for the one that would fall in love with our home, he always worked with a positive attitude making himself available any time day and night in helping the sale process continue until the required result was obtained. Overall a top A1 job done Thanks Phillip.

Would highly recommend the team add Barry Plant Real Estate very professional on the way they go about their business Philp and Jason were a pleasure to deal with

We are so happy with the service we received. Our house went on the market just before Christmas and was sold in 10 days! We could not have been happier with the outcome and highly recommend Phillip as a real estate agent.

I consulted with Phillip about the type of property my partner and i wanted to kick start our first home. Within a short few days Phillip showed us the perfect property and we could tell he was wanting the best for us. He guided us through everything and was amazing, you could tell he is the type to put others before himself. His skills to sell a house is natural and without Phillip we definitely would be lost. In the future we would love to have Phillip help us buy or sell for sure. Top tier real estate who deserves a lot of recognition

Phillip sold two properties on my behalf in Sunshine. Phillip's professionalism and communication during the process was first class and consistent across both sales. He was honest, always offered guidance and sound perspective. Phillip always made me feel like I was the client and enabled me to take ownership of the decisions that had to be made along the way. I highly recommend Phillip as a selling agent.

Philip was excellent to deal with during the sale of my property and I couldn’t be happier with the result.
