Phillipa was lovely to deal with from start to finish, she was very accommodating with meetings and viewings, as we are a busy family with FIFO members we were often not able to make practical arrangements, but Phillipa was awesome and we never felt like we were being annoying with our requests and constant questions. I would highly recommend Phillipa :)
