Phillipa helped the reviewer sell this property

Second time lucky second time around

We have sold two properties with Phillipa at different times now and couldn't be happier with the service she has given us, the professional way she conducts her business and the honesty and integrity she displays. We had marketed both properties with another agent and after many months of inspections and interruptions we decided both times to take them off the market. After a few months of thinking do we stay put or not we spoke further to Phillipa and decided to try again with a different focus and some educated market based pricing. In both instances within days of listing and having the first open home event we had a contract signed and an acceptable offer on the table. For a no nonsense, honest and educated approach to selling your property I can't recommend Phillipa any more highly. We enjoy working with her and love the consistent results she provides to us.
