Quickly lined up buyers and dealt with the sale expeditiously. Assisted with those things that I had not lined up like pointing us to an excellent Settlement person. Facilitated things that needed to be done to enable the sale properly such as the electrical work needed. Had some deep personal issues during the initial sales period but did not let it impact on her work.

Pheobe is such a genuine and reliable agent, she was so helpful throughout the whole process and keeps you up to date through it all. She also got us an amazing price for our property and sold within the day. Will happily come back again!
