Phong always kept us involved in the process, providing constructive and positive feedback as to how we could get the maximum out of the market to sell our father's house. We cleaned, tidied and decluttered the house and garden to ensure that it was in its best condition thus enabling him to do his job very well. He was however a little lax in posting the sold sign on the board, that couple of days had us on tenderhooks as we truly didn't believe that the house was sold until we saw the sold sign go up.
