Phong was excellent. He really went the extra mile to assist me in selling a property left for me to manage as the executor of an estate. As I live in another country, it would have been impossible to do without his help in managing the property prior to sale. Phong is a really lovely guy - down to earth and upfront with everything. I would thoroughly recommend him to others.
