Phyllis is an extremely good agent. She has an exceptional knowledge of the market, especially in Cook, and was able to manage my expectations very gently. She ran a great campaign, with around 50 groups inspecting my home. She communicated with me regularly, including chasing up questions from possible buyers. She and Troy Reddick ran the auction and subsequent negotiations very well. A number of my friends and family commented on how good an auctioneer Troy is and how well Phyllis ran the whole process.
