I found Phyllis to be very professional. She was easy to talk to, and very helpful in arranging inspections etc; clearly had excellent local area knowledge (Cook). I found her manner to be very kind and appreciated extra things she did to help me out. She’s also been communicative and helpful so far after the sale in dealing with settlement and other queries.
