After deciding to sell my 2-2-1 apartment in Zetland Peter was amazing, arranging renovations including new floors, painting and lighting. I didn't have to lift a finger. He took care of everything and kept me informed the whole time. The market was strong and trending up at the time and he gave me full confidence that he would be able to find a buyer, most likely off market. By the time it was finished and ready to sell we had become hit with the Corona Virus pandemic and the property market had already started to see less than 60% clearance rates. I questioned whether or not to hold off on the sale for another year or so, especially when the government banned open house inspections.
