We interviewed six real estate agents asking each of them the same questions, we chose Pierre Hadchiti for his straight forward and sincere approach with no hype or self promotion. He clearly explained the process of selling our home, answered all questions in a straight forward manner and didn't exaggerate what he thought our home was worth. This approach was greatly appreciated by us. He was supportive of what we had considered out home was worth confirming our expectations were realistic. This in turn helped us to plan for our next home. Pierre has a friendly professional approach topped off with follow through -he does what he says he will do. Phone calls, text messages and face to face meetings went as arranged. On one occasion Pierre was going to be late he phoned prior to the agreed time to advise he would be 5 minutes late. We listened carefully to Pierre's suggestions on how to present our home ie de-cluttering and de-personalising it. We maintained this level of presentation throughout the sale period. It didn't look like a display home and wasn't "staged" but was presented in such a manner as to enable potential buyers to see what their options were. This was a clear message from Pierre. We are direct speaking practical people who prefer realistic expectations being presented to us Pierre made us feel he understood and respected our approach, evidenced by the way he communicated with us. Pierre Hadchiti is a top agent in our opinion.
