Pina constantly kept in touch with ideas for us to prepare our house for sale. She provided feedback on open house visits. We never thought that she was devoting more time to her other vendors, she made us feel like we were her only customer.

The only thing I was not happy with was the time aligated to each house inspection. 30 minutes was not long enough. If some folks were running late they would miss out. Two real estate workers at each house inspection would have been better. Each coming in their own car.

Pina was able to get back to us quickly with responses to questions, kept us informed at all times and helped to make the buying formalities a breeze,.
