Pina helped the reviewer sell this property

An excellent Agent.

Having lived at Ryans Rd for 60 years, and having never had any experience in selling houses, I was quite overwhelmed at the prospect of having to downsize. Pina was recommended to me by two people who had used her and it turned out their recommendations were well founded. 2018 was a difficult market as it had become a buyers market and not a sellers one. However, Pina worked hard to achieve the best possible outcome for me. I was in awe of her energy and dedication to her job. Her 14 years experience in real estate proved invaluable to me and by following her advice, happily, at the eleventh hour, Pina got the best possible price above my expectations. Selling a home can be a stressful business, Pina managed to take a lot of the stress out of it for me. I would have no hesitation in recommending Pina to anyone who wants to sell their home.
