PK was the first agent I spoke to when I decided to sell my house and after listening to what he could offer, I didn't need to shop around for other agents at all cause I knew I could trust him. He went over and above his call of duty during this whole transaction, communicating for days with the buyers of my property. PK went into details on getting my house ready for home opens all throughout. He was very forthcoming and impressed upon visitors during home opens and was never discriminative. He looked at all the visitors as potential buyers and treated them equally which is a highly commendable attribute that is not found in many agents. As he has done a fabulous job on my house, I am more than certain he has done the same for others and will continue to do do in the future.
