PK is an excellent agent. Extremely knowledgeable and went out of his way from the very first home open we attended. He actively sought out properties keeping in mind our requirements. Very courteous in all his dealings with us and his dedication is second to none when he arranged private viewings for us after hours, to cater to our work schedules. Once the house went under offer, he did not stop his excellent treatment and was helpful in advising us about inspections and protocols as it was a new experience for us. When we had our final inspection, he was on hand to expertly take us through the house and systematically covering all that needed to be covered. We would refer PK to all our friends in future, knowing that they would be treated with integrity and respect.
