A Real Professional from Start to Finish

We have viewed more than 50 properties before deciding on this one. It is our first property purchase and we could not ask for a better agent to handle our transaction. We liked PK the very first time we met him at the house viewing. He was friendly and very genuine in his comments of the property. After we decided to buy the property, PK explained in detail step by step what needed to be done. He was professional, he was thorough and he was patient to answer all our questions. And we had quite a few questions, this being our first property. Another area that PK came through for us was the financing. At the start, PK already recommended his mortgage broker, but when we mentioned that we had already engaged our friend to handle the financing, PK was ok with it. But our friend didnt do a good job, and the financing period lapsed before we could secure a loan. PK immediately got us an extension and this time he again recommended his mortgage broker. We agreed, and his broker secured a loan for us in 4 days! We are so thankful. I cannot recommend PK highly enough. He as well as his team of mortgage brokers are true professionals. It was a joy to deal with him from start to finish.
