Pankaj is awesome

My family was significantly supported by Pankaj while purchasing our first home. In some cases, we were given notice at the last hour, which made it an inconvenience to us; however, I believe there was nothing in the hand of Pankaj as it was the matter of the sellers. Otherwise, his suggestions were spot on. I will work with him if I get a chance in future.
