Even knowing the market was quite flat and unpredictable at the time we chose to sell, Pooja and Matt joined forces and put their heads together to work out a professional strategy to endeavour to make the process as painless as possible for us, working extremely hard under difficult market circumstances to get the best price possible as they were well aware that this would most likely be our last move. Most of our communication was with Pooja but Matt was also on the scene during some of the most critical decision making meetings.
