As a first home-seller i was a little unsure of what to expect from the selling process. I invited three local estate agents and chose to list with Prak based on his personality, knowledge of the area and that several properties listed nearby by Prak were by sold in a timely manner. Prak was realistic about the achievable price, selling and settlement times, and provided input into touches that should be made to the property to aid with selling the place. My house went onto the market while I was working overseas with limited communications. The house was under offer within the first day it was listed at price that I was very happy with. Prak communicated thoroughly with alternate personnel during my absence. I felt Prak went over and above to sell my house, achieve the best price and sort out as much as possible while I was away. I cannot thank Prak enough for turning what could have been stressful situation into a hassle free experience.

I have been buying and either selling or renting out houses for much of the past 12 years. I generally find that you simply do not trust agents and really nor should you, sadly a lot of agents have earned their reputation. However I have found dealing with Prak a breath of fresh air. The property was priced correctly, the interest was generated, the offers were received on the first 2 home opens (4 in total, 1 on Saturday and 3 on the Sunday) and the sale was made $35K higher than the asking price. My message for anyone selling in the area of Eden Hill or the surrounding suburbs is... Don't make the same mistake we made and throw $1000 away by appointing the wrong representative.
