I have been looking in the market for months on end. I stumbled upon the property this agent had on open home by sheer coincidence as I was inspeing a property a few houses down (if it's meant for you, it will happen, I believe that wholeheartedly). He greeted us while we were driving by so Dad and I stopped to have a look at the house. Walked in, we loved it and gave an offer. He did not mess around, told me to submit my offer and took it to the owner. He said he'll call back in 2 hours and so he did, we came to a great price and had the contract and deposit signed and paid on the same day. I have dealt with other agents like those from Ray White and it's disgusting, silent auctions. Your offer is always somehow beaten and you're told to increase your offer. Prakash from Sapphire Estate Agents did not do that. Absolutely respect that. After that, he was very contactable during the cooling off period and always called to check up on us. I honestly cannot and I repeat, cannot recommend a better agent. He is very kind, down to Earth and looks after you. I will definitely recommend him for buying or selling a property. He made my dream come true. 5 stars is seriously too low of a rating to give him.
