I would like to thank Pratik Shah for the pro active approach to the sale of my property at 15 Fourth Ave Hopperscrossing. It had been a rental property for the last 10 years and was in need of a lot of work.I spoke to a few agents to get an idea of what it was worth and i also looked around the area myself.Some agents suggested i just sell it the way it was and believe me it was very untidy.I realised they just wanted me to sign up on the day to lock in their own benefit.
