Pratik is a really hard working man, he puts in effort and time at a rate of 100% and never gave up not once or looked like he was going to let us down.. he would keep us upto date with everything that was happening and his hard work and enthusiasm really paid off.. i would strongly recommend him to anyone selling or buying because he likes what he does and shows it with the hard work he puts in..

I would like to thank Pratik Shah for the pro active approach to the sale of my property at 15 Fourth Ave Hopperscrossing. It had been a rental property for the last 10 years and was in need of a lot of work.I spoke to a few agents to get an idea of what it was worth and i also looked around the area myself.Some agents suggested i just sell it the way it was and believe me it was very untidy.I realised they just wanted me to sign up on the day to lock in their own benefit. I had other agents interested also but i chose Pratik because he was the most pro active. He was so organised,polite,had all the information i was looking for and was not too pushy.
