We met Pratik when we were looking to purchase a property, he demonstrated excellent open communication which was not only supportive to us as buyers but he also worked to achieve the highest result for the vendor. Despite not purchasing our house via Pratik, we sought him out to sell our property. We had dealt with many real estate agents on our quest to find our new home, but Pratik demonstrated the commitment and passion to selling houses that we wanted when selling our house. Pratik showed professionalism throughout the whole process of selling our house. He was optimistic about the price, market and process of our house selling. Unfortunately, we were caught in the early period of COVID-19 restrictions which limited the mode of our sale. However, Pratik demonstrated commitment to selling by holding many private inspections and upheld excellent hygiene to ensure not only his but others health. He engaged in regular discussions and meetings to keep us up to date and informed throughout the entire process. We were very happy with Pratik during the entire process.
