I will like to mention that their knowledge in this market is immense and they were not only honest with me but they were honest and upright with the buyer as well. One thing I will like to mention that after the first 2 openhomes I asked them to put more marketing signs at the time of openhomes so easier for prospects to find the property when they were approaching the area to look at the property, they took the feedback positively and acted upon it which also speaks volume of their positive approach.
