He was quick to answer our call even when it was a weekend. He sent us relevant documents for signing when we signified our interest. We said we had pre-approved loan but agent questioned when there was a delay in the formal approval of loan. That matter is out of our hands as a Client as it is the job of the broker/lender to expedite loan processing and we were advised not to pay anything or make any move unless advised by our conveyancer. He did follow up thru text which also prompted us to call our broker/conveyancer. Overall it was good despite some little mishaps and delays which we know are quite common.
