Very poor experience throughout . On settlement day, no keys were ready—had to request to get them cut immediately, causing major chaos, delays, and stress. Communication dropped off badly after cooling-off, with zero accountability or responsibility taken. Post-settlement, only partial keys were provided; I had to organise and pay for the missing ones myself.
