My Experience with Prince was really very good. He is very dedicated to his job and very honest person. He take good follow up for tasks at both end.

Very unhappy now sign sealed and delivered Was told this and that And now I’m out of pocket Prince needs to put pen to paper and follow up now we have been misled again Was told that the landscaping will get done both front and back With backyard was told to pick plants and will forward to vendor . Nothing was said about not getting done only grass laid and poorly done . We let that go .. and now the front landscaping was told and that we were on the list with developers and will get done - don’t worry I was told . Now we have settled and moved in and everyone has my money The developers know nothing about the landscaping and that won’t do it Because of the title change But on my contract landscaping was included front and back You need to stop saying things that are not true or make sure vendor is not talking rubbish I have also learnt my lesson. And will put it to others so they don’t get fooled ...don’t believe everything you hear But then again it was on the contract...

Prince has great market knowledge and I haven’t faced any problem while selling my property. He make things work professionally handling out the whole process.
