This property was under auction that day and we were just surfing properties we had booked inspections for and we did not have this property in our shortlist. We had reached the property well after the inspection time as we randomly discovered the listing. Prince was kind enough to receive us and accommodate a property tour, explained us all the required details of the property, including the geographic directions specific to the property, using an app in his phone. While we liked the property, we thought it was well out of the range we were looking for and did not consider it. Prince was very deligent with the follow up process and he even dropped by to my house to hand me a printout of the contract and encouraged me to make an offer. He was so through with the paper work, that I did not need a conveyancer. Only after discussing with him, we decided to revise our price range and started following his advices. The offers went back and forth for almost 2 months ( and all this during lockdown). But, never I found that Prince was short of motivation or lost hope to represent me. The best part I saw of him was the honesty and sincerity that he brought to the discussion. He was always prompt to responding to my messages and calls. While he was always encouraging us to make an offer, he did bring elements of transparency and reality to my expectations. I am glad I had Prince as an agent for 814.. If it was not for his deligence, I don't think I would have even considered giving an offer.
