I am very disappointed with the service Prince has given, particularly post sales. He provided me with false information regarding the property which I found put after I purchased the property. He is not willing to take any responsibility for his actions and will cost thousands to be rectified. I am very upset as this is the biggest purchase we will ever make and the property was only purchased based on the information provided by Prince

Prince has a good communication skills and he was diligent in keeping me updated with the latest progress. He was also flexible to accommodate multiple private inspections. However, I felt there was a lack of transparency when it came to price negotiation, hearing mixed and back and forth comments leading up to signing the offer. Also, he was more inclined/supportive towards the seller's side which I think he has more incentive to do that way. But that could put off some genuine and highly interested buyers.
