An easy and very positive experience

I began looking for my new home during the Melbourne metropolitan lockdown, not the ideal time, however Prue made the process as smooth as possible with her strong communication skills and prompt responses to my questions. Upon deciding that this property may be the one, I asked Prue if a friend could go though the property with her camera, talking me through each room. This proved to be excellent with Prue answering my questions as my friend pointed out special features of the property. When I decided that this property was the one Prue organised a letter or me so I could travel through the 'Wall of steel' in order to sign... Prue could not have been more helpful or accommodating and I would not hesitate to recommend her as 'your' agent.
