Jolin showed great professionalism and regularly communicated on the status and updated me even when I was overseas. Jolin has decent knowledge on the real estate market and provided timely advises on the changes with all the recent interest rate rises. Jolin also arranged a few private inspection outside open homes to bring more buyers. The selling price was slightly below my expectations and some of the other properties on market in the same area. Perhaps this is due to the market changes with interest rate rise but I believe she could have convinced the buyer with the advantages of this property over others. Overall I am happy with my experience with Jolin and successful properties on this sale.
