Quentin just doesn't clock off when he's working a sale or the prospect of a sale. Ever. My townhouse sold off-market, while juggling a departing tenant, with competition from multiple similar listings. Quentin held multiple open homes on consecutive days, led individual buyers through for their second and third inspections, and just did not stop until the place sold, keeping me updated by phone and email every step of the way. Final negotiations which led to the sale took place over the course of a late Sunday afternoon, when he should've been relaxing after a long week of after-hours opens! Later, when difficulties with settlement cropped up, Quentin jumped in and mediated when he didn't have to, doing both mine and the buyer's conveyancers' jobs for them until the sale went through. Can not recommend the man enough. He earned every dollar of his entirely reasonable commission with his hustle and his ability to work a broad network of contacts into a sale.
