She was very nice, softly spoken and not pushy at all, while still being on top of everything. She knew a lot about the property and the market and when she didn't know something, she offered to find out and then get back me, which she did. She has a calm and kind energy and is very friendly. A good communicator, she replied to emails promptly and answered all my questions. Both before the sale went through and after. I knew I would work with Raby when I first met her as she was very easy to talk to and is a very respectful and genuine person. The sales wasn’t not easy at all as there weren’t many inquiries at all and so I had to lower my expected sales prices few times in order to attract a sale and of course I started to grow negative feeling and was going to rent it out eventually if it wouldn’t sell at all. However tough it was, Raby never gave up any opportunity of holding an inspection even for just one viewer and would carefully approach to try to negotiate a comprised price to reach for an outcome.
