Helpful, personable and trustworthy

Sometimes real estate agents have a reputation of being untrustworthy and trying to sell things to you against your interests. I found Raby to be the opposite. She was very nice, softly spoken and not pushy at all, while still being on top of everything. She knew a lot about the property and the market and when she didn't know something, she offered to find out and then get back me, which she did. She has a calm and kind energy and is very friendly. A good communicator, she replied to emails promptly and answered all my questions. Both before the sale went through and after. In short, she was great and I if you're looking to work with an agent, I think she would be a great one to go with whether buying or selling.
