Rachael took over the selling of the house when one of her colleagues became seriously ill. She quickly learned what had happened with the campaign and suggested the best way forward which worked out fine. Her breadth of knowledge of the area helped drive the campaign. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she achieved an excellent price for the property.

Rachael was unbelievably helpful. She assisted my Mum on her moving day. Removalist didn’t show and settlement was looking to be delayed as a result. Rachael called around and secured a removalist late in the day and ensured settlement went through. She also got her own drill and dismantled the bed! She was also great support to Mum on a very stressful day. 5 stars!
