We purchased a property and Rachael Bowkett was the Agent for the Seller. Rachael made herself available at all times for our questions and concerns throughout the process. She was always easy to get hold of. We had a few issues with the seller being out on handover date. Rachael went above and beyond to help the seller with removal issues. During the renovation process once in our possession Rachael even popped in to see how we were going.
