I actually spoke mostly with Rachael who was a pleasure to deal with. She went out of her way to help me through the buying process. She returned phone calls quickly, explained what was needed and nothing was ever too much trouble. I was to purchase a property at the start of the year for my Mum just when Covid 19 hit and I lost my job through government restrictions. This made me have the sad decision to not go through with the sale. After selling my home to be able to afford to buy again a bigger house to have room for my Mum, Rachael was selling the perfect house. This time everything went to plan, and Rachael was clearly happy to help. Definitely would recommend Rachael and Gavin.
