Rachel seemed like a lovely person and showed enthusiasm for our sale when we picked up the keys which was really nice. She also had a lovely gift for us to celebrate the sale. I’m sure Rachel is also a fantastic agent however her assistant Phoebe looked after us throughout the entire process from the first inspection to the pre settlement inspection and finally congratulating us on our purchase. Phoebe was lovely, always happy to answer any questions/calls or text msgs promptly and kept both my husband and myself well informed.
