Rachael is a real expert, but is also down to earth and very generous with advice on all aspects of the purchasing process. As a first time home-buyer and buying the property having only viewed it online, we entered the process with only a limited knowledge of what to expect, but Rachel and Rahima were always kind, patient and super helpful. Rachel guided us around the house and yard virtually, answering any questions we had about the property and the local area (she is local as is the office and the team and it really helped have have locals we trust to help us)--she contacted the vendor whenever there was anything she couldn't answer and always persevered until we had our answer. Along with the friendly help of Rahima in the office, we were literally walked through everything we needed to consider from day one and we were made to feel like part of a team throughout all the ups and downs--whether we needed advice, support or encouragement it was always there.
