Rachel was very knowledgeable about the area and the market. She really worked to get me the best price and she didn’t disappoint. She exceeded my expeditions and was with me every step of the way. Her communication throughout was prompt, the photos she organised showed our house at its absolute best and the 'virtual' staging of some rooms meant there was no physical hard work required on our part. Open homes were well organised, and she worked hard to get us a great range of potential buyers. Our house sold quickly in the hot market, but when our first contract crashed, Rachael went above and beyond to secure a new deal quickly and efficiently.
