I would highly recommend Rachael to sell any property you have to sell. I can't praise or thank her enough for the professional, no nonsense approach for selling our house. Rachael had our house sold within days of going on the market & for more than asked for - she coordinated the trades we needed for small repairs & took charge from start to finish, it was a very stress free change over. Rachael has been in contact with us for over 2 years, since we first thought about selling our property. For various reasons, we went with another agent for our initial listing. Little were we to know the absolute turmoil this choice would have on our lives and ability to sell our property in what was considered a “hot” market. Rachael understood our decision to list with someone else, was very respectful towards us at all times and never harassed us, but also never gave up. What ensued was nearly 2 years of dismal sales results and several offers that fell over for all sorts of reasons.
