Rachael sold my family acreage home of 17 years post- divorce, when I planned to downsize. A highly emotional experience - and one where I needed to achieve a maximum result to lay the foundation for the next chapter of my life - Rachael held my hand and did not disappoint. She was really caring, professional and forthright during the listing process. Rachael was also honest and realistic with her pricing and achieved our goal. We had several low-ball offers during the peak of the interest rate rise period, none of which she accepted or presented. When the right offer came along I was presented with a solid contract and the negotiations were expedient. I at no time felt pressured adn can honestly say she acted with upmost integrity at all times. Post sale she was still on my team making special arrangements with the purchaser on my behalf, due to a concurrent settlement and then again post settlement due to unforeseen issues and significant delays with the removal company.
